Win £50 voucher for New Hopetoun Gardens

We have another great Visit West Lothian Facebook give away for you!  Last August Anna and I took a trip over to New Hopetoun Gardens to find out a bit more about it as well as run a facebook competition.  As we are sure lots of you will be keen to get out into your gardens this summer we thought we would run another competition to win a £50 voucher for New Hopetoun Gardens! Below is a video we shot last year that will give you an taste of what a lovely garden centre it is to visit especially on a nice sunny day.

To win a £50 gift voucher for New Hopetoun Gardens all you have to do is ‘like’ our facebook page!

Run by Dougal Philip and Lesley Watson, New Hopetoun Gardens is more  of a day out than a trip to a garden centre.  It has a fantastic set of mini gardens, 18 in total, that allow you to see a wide selection of plants in a real garden.   This gives you ideas on how you can grow and use them at home.  It’s also great just to stroll around them and explore.

There is a lovely tea room with indoor and outdoor seating, selling a great selection of freshly prepared baking, light lunches, coffees and teas. It’s a great place to sit, relax and chat and is surrounded by a wonderful display of plants and flowers.

There is also a large range of indoor shopping available for both gardners and non gardeners alike.  You can buy gifts such as tools, secateurs, gloves, pots, gift vouchers, mushroom kits, filled biscuit tins, rapeseed oil, jams and chutneys and much much more!

Most importantly New Hopetoun Gardens have one of the largest selections of plants available in Scotland.  They have many plants which grow well in our climate, guaranteeing at least a 2 year life as long as you treat them fairly!
