Tansy Lee Moir is an Edinburgh based artist with a passion for trees. Her sensuous work in charcoal, pastel and drawing, capture the movement and complexity of trees, which sees them as a solid representation of time.
Tansy spent the early part of 2016 exploring West Lothian’s ‘treescapes’, including Calderwood and Beecraigs. This exhibition features some of the dramatic tree forms she found there, along with others from around Scotland and her native Peak District.
