Once again, it's the time of the year when dear old Santa Claus visits Almond Valley and settles into his comfortable farmyard cottage within a chilly midwinter forest.
He’ll be welcoming young visitors, and handing out some early Christmas presents. Much of Almond Valley will be decorated for the season and there special chance to make your own Christmas decorations in the museum.
In addition to the weekend Santa visits, (for which no booking is necessary), there will be special booked mid-week sessions for younger children and groups, and chance to meet Santa at Suppertime. Details of these will follow.
Almond Valley is only two miles from junction 3 of the M8, and is signposted with a succession of brown signs from the motorway, leading you along the A705. We've ample free parking.
Livingston north railway station is just under a mile from Almond Valley, linked by footpaths, taxi, or local bus services. Please see Traveline Scotland for route numbers and timetables of local buses.
