This fabulous race includes 3 different options for 3 types of runners: 5km, 10km and Park Life 240.
This is a 10km (2 lap) course but you can choose to simply do one lap(5km) or as many as possible within 4 hours (Park Life 240).
There are lot's of obstacles such as monkey bars, scaffolding, log carries, walls and a water based obstacle section at the loch. This is manned and has water safety equipment. People can opt out of the water obstacle in exchange for a penalty exercise.
The event is timed and will be a bit like watching Formula 1. We will have live race times, so you can watch when your friends/family are on course, in the pit or complete. We think this is a first in Scottish obstacle course racing.
