    • Parkhead House offers a unique overnight cottage stay with the added benefit of welcoming hosts and a great Scottish breakfast.

      This former Gamekeepers cottage is set on the edge of the idyllic Deer Park at the heart of the Hopetoun Estate and is just a short walk from the house itself.

      The cottage offers two double and one twin bedroom all en-suite with wonderful views over wooded parkland northwards to the river Forth and Fife.

      Each bedroom is individual yet beautifully appointed with the highest standard of furnishing and can be booked for a stay of one night or for as long as you may require.

      Parkhead House combines the freedom and flexibility of a self-catering cottage combined with the traditional welcome of a bed and breakfast. Those travelling with children, visiting to enjoy the great outdoors or bringing the family pet can relax knowing that they are welcome to the use of the cottage sitting room, kitchen and laundry during their stay.

      Each beautiful bedroom is en-suite, has tea/coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and toiletries.
