Set within the peaceful tranquility of an organic farm overlooking the Pentland Hills and Cobbinshaw Loch, these gorgeous 2 bedroomed cottages are the perfect retreat for a relaxing Scottish holiday while being only 22 miles from the centre of Edinburgh, 30 from the hustle of Glasgow and 7 miles from the designer shops of Livingston.

A perfect base for exploring many areas of scenic Scotland. Travel north, south, east or west and you won’t be disappointed…. For those who enjoy the outdoors but would like to take it a bit easier, fishing on the loch can be organised.

Nearby Harburn Golf Club is a challenging 18-hole parkland course and there are walks of all levels starting literally on your doorstep, taking in stunning scenery and fascinating history.

The cottages have been furnished to a very high standard and have an enclosed garden with decked seating area.

The galleried entrance halls and Shaker-style kitchens have flagstone floors and access to the gardens.

The sitting room has a solid wood floor and includes a sofabed, colour TV, freeview, DVD and video. There is also a separate dining room.

Upstairs there are 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds.
