On the way why not take in spots of interest such as Linlithgow Palace or head into Linlithgow Town centre were you will be able to enjoy food and drink from a wide range of delightful cafes and restaurants.

The John Muir Way then continues from Linlithgow to South Queensferry where you will be able to stop in at some of the country's most iconic historic properties. These include the breath taking House of the Binns, home of the Dalyell family since 1612, and Scotland’s finest Stately home the beautiful Hopetoun House.
