West Lothian Council Museums Service cares for and displays a wide range of local historical objects

Visit the museum to see learn about the history of the town; Levi's factory, coal mining in the area and other aspects of our history. The museum is located inside the Whitburn Library, we also hold touring exhibitions.

Tues & Thurs: 9.30am- 8pm
Wed: 10am- 5.30am
Sat: 9.30am- 1pm

Blackridge Community Museum Craig Inn Centre, Blackridge, EH48 3SP

Visit the museum, located in the Blackridge Library,  to see our display about 19th century coaching and other aspects of village history.
Opening Times:
Tues & Thurs: 2-6.30pm
Wed: 9.30am- 12.30pm and 1.30-4.30pm

Visit the museum to see and hear stories of old Uphall and Broxburn in our "Strathbrock Stories" display between May and September. We show two temporary exhibitions during the rest of the year. The museum is situated in the Broxburn Library.
