Come and celebrate with us here in Bathgate town centre this festive period, to help join in with the happiness and joy of our traditional festive Carol Service and Christmas Tree Lights Switch On for all the family and community. Make sure you bring your singing voice! Things start at 4pm, on Saturday 3 December 2022, at The Steelyard in Bathgate town centre. The musical accompaniment is being provided again this year by Kirkton Band Bathgate, and the Switch On will be performed as is customary by the Bathgate Procession Principle Characters. Why not make an afternoon of it by popping along to the see what delights and hidden treasures Bathgate town centre has to offer you, family and friends. Whether it's a bite of lunch, or some festive shopping for that late special gift, come and visit before joining the traditional activities.

The Linlithgow LEGO Museum Build
Calling all LEGO fans! Come along and recreate your favourite object from Linlithgow Museum and Linlithgow Palace or build an object you think should be included in our LEGO Linlithgow Museum display! The event is free but booking is essential. Visit the website to book your place at one of our weekend workshops. The event is suitable for adults and children age 5yrs+; all young people must be accompanied by an adult.
Potion Maker's Trail
Can you free our ancient palace from a magic spell? Find the plants scattered around the sites to assemble the clues, then chant a rhyme to lift the curse. A fun trail and included in the cost of admission and for children of all ages.
