The Scottish Pink Floyd is made up of experienced musicians with a passion for Pink Floyd. Performances offer two and a half mesmerising hours of Floyd classics, complete with lights, lasers, visuals and sound effects! The Scottish Pink Floyd cover all eras of Floyd and its members are dedicated to perfecting their sound with each and every show. Celebrating the music of Pink Floyd in a way that will satisfy even the most die hard fans! Originally formed for a one-off charity event at Glasgow's famous Barrowlands, the band stood the test of time after its founding members decided to carry on with the project. Since then, the Scottish Pink Floyd have developed a legacy; continuing to go from strength to strength with the current line-up being the most dedicated yet to achieving an authentic Pink Floyd sound.

Having toured extensively with The Counterfeit Sixties show they now bring you their unique Seventies show from a decade of glam rock through to new wave music, and everything in between. Featuring the music of Slade, Sweet, T.Rex, The Bay City Rollers and many, many more, they will take you through a rollercoaster ride of the biggest 70’s hits.The four piece band have toured worldwide in their individual rights, and have worked with some of the biggest names of that decade. Coupled with a stunning light show, costumes from the period and video footage of the bands and events from that era, makes this one show you don’t want to miss. So whether you want to sit back and take a trip down memory lane, or get your glad rags on and boogie on down, this uplifting show will take you on a nostalgic trip back to the 70's!!

Annual Fair Day, Fauldhouse & Breich Valley CDT

Keep Saturday 7 September available in your diary... it's the Fauldhouse & Breich Valley CDT's Annual Fair Day between 11am and 3pm at Eastfield Development Centre, Fauldhouse! It's a FREE family fun day. Outside we're having a bouncy castle, disco dome, DJ and live music by Euan Black. There will be Trishaw taster sessions, Buzz football activities, Optimal Events Hire providing inflatables, candy floss and giant games. Silvano is doing his walkabout magic and balloon modelling, Think Circus are holding a giant bubble workshop from 1.30-2.30pm. 'Black Days to Greener Ways' There will also be a gazebo with photos, information and a speaker remembering that it is 40 years since the miners strikes. The Climate Action West Lothian will be attending too. Inside, there will be a variety of stalls. There's face painting by Zoes Face Painting & Balloons For Any Event. We'll also have refreshments and snacks available and a tombola, all at a small cost. We're certainly looking forward to the day and are hoping our neighbours from Addiewell and Loganlea Community Group and others from the Breich Valley can come along too
